I deauthorized and uninstalled EZdrummer 2 manually after getting EZdrummer 3 up and running on my Mac. When I launch Product Manager it shows an update for EZdrummer 2 that I would like not to appear so I can keep my updates and authorizations alerts clean. The step list for EZdrummer 2 shows Download and Install checked and is parked on Step 3 with the red “Authorize” button showing. Is there a way to hide EZdrummer 2 so my Product Manager only shows active products?
Yes, what is shown in Details > Installation Info? If no software is shown as installed there and you have removed the Database folder I mentioned here, EZdrummer 2 should no longer shown as installed.

I had followed your steps but didn’t delete the Database folder. Am I to delete the entire Database folder?
I’d like to keep the drum kits from these two though:
EZX2_EZdrummer2_Modern
EZX2_EZdrummer2_Vintage
If I delete those folders will I lose those kits completely? I thought I read where those kits were retained.
I did delete the Database folder completely and I think I’m okay now. EZdrummer 2 is showing up but it’s parked at Download Step 1. I left the EZdrummer 2 Modern and Vintage kit folders in place, those showed desktop folder update dates in line with my EZdrummer 3 install, so I’m concluding that those are updated and should remain. I think I am ready to go, otherwise let me know if you have any other comments.
Yes, all seems good now.
