It appears I have solved my own problem. After the uninstall, I went thru and deleted everything related to ‘TOONTRACK’ or ‘ EZDRUMMER’. I then reinstalled and added all the updates. EZ Drummer is now functioning.

It may well be due to the OS still linking to files residing in the Trash bin. Once the Bin is emptied on OS 10.6.x, it usually works.

I am having the same issue.

I scoured my HD and removed all traces of Toontrack and EZD2, but I still can’t reinstall? It says its completed instal..no launchpad icon to initiate the app. no EZD icon in the Toontrack application sub folder….im on OS 10.10.5

Now I have EZmix and EZkeys in play and they work fine…do I need to uninstall everything?

    Please advise.

    Hi,

did you empty the Trash bin in between uninstalling and reinstalling?

    Hi people,

I got the same problem. I had the application at one stage, did the upgrade etc but now I have no application icon to be able to launch the program…

Tried deleting, reinstalling but noticed that the ‘application’ is not even available as an install..

    Technology… painful sometimes

    Cheers,

    KFive
