Greetings,
Newbie here,
I have created a pattern in EZD2.
I found a setting called “Track Length” that I am hoping to God will solve an unrelated issue I am having.
When I pop “track Length” open it tells me my “track / set length” is 50…something, I can only assume bars.
Anyway…I change it to 8, which is the number of bars I actually want for my pattern.
I click OK, no visible difference.
I pop open “Set Length” again and I can see it still is 50.
How does one actually change the length to be the length of the pattern that one has actually written?
Hi,
the Track Length sets the length of the Song Track in Bars.
Zoom out fully and it should be 200 by Default. If you then set it to 100, you will see it cut immediately.
IIRC, the minimum Track Length is 50 Bars. An individual Pattern’s length is governed by its content and it Block boundaries, which can be edited.
BR,
John
