Try updating the paths in the SD3 plugin rather than the manager.

    Settings – Library/Paths

SL-SuperiorDrummer3_SDX_Part1 to Part5 are the downloads – the installer packages. You can run the installers in them to install the library somewhere (but don’t install into those Part folders!).

    Hi Olof,

I tried this, but when I open the installer the white box where the products would usually show up is blank. After selecting the installation location and trying to proceed, an error message reads: no option selected.

    Cheers,

Is that the Part 1 installer? A screenshot please?

What you could do is set the download location in PM preferences to where the SL-SuperiorDrummer3_SDX_Part1-5 are, then click Download Product for each of them (but start with part 1 and let it finish). It will then verify what you have and only download what is missing/wrong, and then you can launch the installers from PM (which will use a newer version of the installer software than what is in the downloads).

SD3 SDX Part1 is not possible to install in my external SSD drive. I saw that the “Sound Installer” file in the SL-SuperiorDrummer3_SDX_Part1 is not a 64 bit app. So I wonder if this is my problem and a new version of this Sound Installer app is going to be released soon, or I should do some manual instalation of thouse libraries.

I have tried changing the path from with the Toonrack Product Manager but it don’t works.

    Cheers,

    Antoni

While an updated sound installer is being worked on for Catalina, you should install the library manually. Just copy the SL-SuperiorDrummer3 folder from Contents to where you want to have it installed, then set the path to it in Product Manager (Installation Info). Then, to install parts 2-5, just the obw files from their Sounds subfolders should be copied into the Sounds folder in SL-SuperiorDrummer3 (the folder you copied from Part1).

    Thank you, Olof.

I installed the part 1 as you said and works well. Now I’m transfering the obw files. I should say that after copy the SL-SuperiorDrummer3 folder from Contents to the exernal SSD Drive, I opened the SD3 app and linked the app to that folder (SL-SuperiorDrummer3 on SSD Drive). All was ok

    Cheers,

    Antoni
