Unable to install EZX expansion pack

Yesterday I purchased the Singer-Songwriter EZX expansion pack but are unable to install it. I get the message: “You need to install the required sampler software before installing Singer-Songwriter EZX Expansion Pack”. I use EZDrummer 2. What can I do to get it installed?

EZdrummer version: 2.1.8
Operating system: Windows 10

Are you installing it within Product Manager?

If you’re really using EZD 2.1.8, the requirement stated from the product page is “a working EZdrummer 2.2.1 (or above)”

Yes, I use Product Manager. The only available update for EZDrummer 2 within Product Manager is a software update for Windows 7 to Windows 11 only. Since I use Windows 10 I hadn’t done this update. I did this nonetheless to get to version 2.2.3 and now it works! Thanks for the help.
