I BOUGHT EZDRUMMER BACK ON 2007 or 2008, THEN I HAD A PC WITH WINDOWS VISTA, I BELIEVE BECAUSE OF THAT I WAS NEVER ABLE TO USE IT. NOW I HAVE A WINDOWS XP AND WANT TO INSTALL IT, BUT I AM HAVING TROUBLE WHEN I PRESS THE INSTALL ICON I GET A MESSAGE (IN SPANISH) THAT SAYS ‘APPLICATION NOT ABLE TO START, THE PARALLEL CONFIGURATION IS NOT CORRECT. CONSULT THE APPLICATION’S EVENTS REGISTRY OR USE THE TOOL sxstrace.exe from the command menu to obtain more details’…..I HAVE THE EZDRUMMER PROGRAM SAVED ON MY C: DISC UNDER PROGRAM FILES…..
CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME???

Are you installing from a DVD or the downloaded version from your Toontrack account? I would recommend installing the download version (the red ‘PC’ button on your product page in your ‘My Products’ section). Then make sure you extract the installer (right-click on the downloaded file and choose ‘Extract all’. We strongly recommend using Windows’ built in extraction tool for this). Then, run the extracted installer.

SCOTT, IT’S ME AGAIN, I TRIED DOWNLOADING MY PRODUCT TWICE AND AFTER 3 HRS. THE DOWNLOAD STOPPED, I BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING BECAUSE WHEN I FIRST REGISTER MY OLD COMPUTER (WITH WINDOWS VISTA) I WAS ASSIGNED WITH A COMPUTER ID, I IMAGINE I CANNOT USE THE SAME ID AND I CANNOT FIND HAW TO GET A NEW ID SO THAT I CAN DOWNLOAD THE COMPLETE PRODUCT. DO YOU ASSIGN THAT ID OR WHERE DO I GET IT?
I WAS ALSO REQUESTED A SIGNATURE AND DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO IT.

for what it is worth it sounds like your XP machine is not fully patched – you will need at the very least the XP Service Pack 2, preferably Service Pack 3 or neither the installer, and likely the program (if you succeed in installing) will operate correctly.
