Unable to install EZD3 core library, Windows 10

Downloaded both the EZD3 app and core libraries pack from Toontrack site, but I’m unable to install. Every time I run the installer I’m getting the message “One or more required files are missing. Your library seems damaged. You will need to re-install the full product before applying the updates.”

Can anyone help with this?

Please use the Toontrack Product Manager to download, install, and authorize your Toontrack products and not the website downloads.

Thanks. Also looking for a good basics tutorial, but specifically one that deals with how to manually program a song section in the grid editor beat by beat.. not using a midi controller, not dragging and dropping groove segments. Having trouble finding anything on this topic for some reason, and clicking in the grid editor where I’d like the kick/tom/whatever to appear does nothing.

On the left above the drum names are an arrow and a pencil icon. Click on the pencil, and then you can click in the grid to add your own drum hits.
