Hello!
I purchased Toontrack EZkeys BUNDLE (Boxed) through Time+Space.
The Sales Page states:
“This bundle features three EZkeys products of your choice combined with the market’s most groundbreaking piano software for songwriting”
and
“EZkeys comes with a mint condition Steinway and Sons model D grand piano”
so my understanding is that I’ve paid for the main product (EZKeys Grand Piano) as well as three additional MIDI packs of my choice.
In the box was a card fold-out with three serial numbers (and nothing else)
I had the demo version already installed and after downloading the Product Manager, and using the first serial number to register the EZKeys Grand Piano, I then looked to see if there was the first MIDI pack.
It doesn’t appear in the main Product Manager window. Product Manager only shows the main programs (Mellotoon, Grand Piano, Upright, etc).
Entering the second serial number seems to let me get a different main program (which I don’t want to do) or get an ‘extra serial number’ for Grand Pianos (presumably to use on a different computer?) which I also do not want to do.
Clicking on the only other button now available: [go to website] shows the Grand Piano. If I click on the option for Sound Expansion Library, it highlights an area saying “Must own product” or “Product Required”.
I can’t remember the exact details, and tried going back, but neither of the first two serial numbers seem to work now – I keep getting “invalid serial number” when entering it in either the Web based PM or the actual stand-alone PM.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve spent hours trying to figure out something that I assumed should be quite straight forward / obvious!
It has occurred to me that I could well be missing the obvious, but I can’t find anything that would suggest how to get the 3 midi packs, especially as one of the serial numbers has already been used for the main program??!
