Check that folder and make sure you have the proper read/write permissions.
You could also try to run your DAW in administrator mode.

program data folder is an odd one – in general, the user (owner) should have access but sometimes, erm, no. best bet is to create a projects folder for project content (across all your apps) and make sure that the DAW, EZ, and other app folder in the program directory are given permissions to the user (you) and also check your anti-virus to exclude EZ apps & related files, DAW apps & related files, etc. as A/V apps have a tendency to also want to block file access based on “bad” behaviours.
