Hi,
could you please elaborate? What exactly is not working with the Product Manager application (not the web interface on the Toontrack site)?
Is it not running at all or is it anything else?

The Product Manager application should be able to Authorize your products when you are logged in to your account but from my end, it looks like you have Authorized 4 days ago.

From your site I cannot auth its asking for my computer I.D/ then it says I dont need to provide my computer I.d

select the PM, When I do it fails and is unable to complete the Auth,

A phone call would be great thanks…

Hi,

please try to first Uninstall the Product Manager Application, then download a fresh copy of the PM installer from the Toontrack site and re-install it.
When installed, right click the Application icon and ‘Run as Admin’.

I have to ask, even though I suspect it was the first thing you checked: did you run the Win8 installer for the Product Manager?

Have you submitted a Support Ticket yet?

No I have not submitted a ticket.

I’m running Windows 8.1…….

And I installed Windows 8 is that an issue…..

Not sure how to back step my version of Windows.

Ok, I meant the Windows 8 installer for the Product Manager; the Windows Installer package has separate installers for Win7, Win8, Win10 and Win11.
