Unable to authorise Expansion Packs

Hola,

I purchased the Number 1 hits & Rock expansion packs – I download & register ok but when I try to open both require authorisation online & when I do this both state “Internet connection could not be established”. If I try to authorise offline both ask for an authorizarion code which I dont know if I have.

I have tried a complete re-installation of EZDrummer 2 in case of some corruption & that does not work either

Any help would be gratefully appreciated
