Hello,
I have a MacBookAir with just 2 USB ports. If I want to connect to EZD2 my two drum modules (TD1 and TD17: both have only MIDI OUT and the TD1 just via USB cable…) can I use a USB hub to do that? Would I need a specific kind of hub to do this connection?
Thanks in advance!
Jorge
With the MacBook Air having 2 USB ports you should be able to connect them without a USB hub unless you are using one of the ports for something else, in which case you would need a small USB hub. As both of those devices I believe have their own AC power you probably wouldn’t even need a powered hub. You would need to remap at least one of the modules as they would both be setup for specific kits. EZDrummer does allow you to have multiple MIDI devices active.
