Bought Twisted Kit online for downloading and did so from this site.
File size compressed 622 030 kb, and in an unzipped size on disc 776 908 800 byte.
During installation it stops with one 6th left asking for files that are missing, probably the tambourine sounds…

Hi,
I’m on a i7 Windows x64, 16gb RAM.
Have downloaded twice, and unzipped twice. Still same error.
Have been unzipping folders whole day, installing every sound bank to a new computer. 10 EZX sound banks so far but this one was not functioning…
Using 7-zip btw…

Yes, latest W7 updated.
Tried the patch but no change…
As another try I will download from another computer and unzip there also and then copy that folder to new computer.
Soon back for result…

I have downloaded and installed 10 EZX expansion packs yesterday and this twisted kit does not work…
Why is Twisted kit different than all others?
I ask same question again. Is the file corrupt? Is it checked lately?
Can I get an unzipped version to download?
Or any other magic tricks, or Twisted maybe?

Occasionally I have tried to re-download corrupted files and have had to delete the previously downloaded file and clear temporary files before the new file will download properly…..you could also try downloading to a different location.

Yes, that is what I have been doing. Several times downloaded new files. Also using two different computers.
Using three different unzip programs. Windows own, 7-zip and IZArc.
Also tried installing on two different computers giving same error.
I’m stuck here…
looking at the size of Tambourine folder in a zipped version it’s around 400kb and around 600kb in unzipped. Is this right sizes?

I’ve asked up the support ladder about this and this is a suggestion:
‘Unzip using the OS facility (right-click extract all) and move the TT113EZX folder from inside the archive to the top of the drive, to rule out the possibility of a path length overrun. Run the installer from there.’
Let me know if that works or not.

Fresh download and unzipped to root but same error…

Have tried numerous times this weekend but all with same result.
Also tried to download to D:drive since it’s not an SSD disc but no change…
Anyone that can assist with new ideas?
