Some time ago I bought a Nanopad, and installed EZ Drummer
My hard drive failed, so I replaced my Mac, and started to reinstall
When I try to register my product using my serial number:
I get:
The serial number is already registered to another account. Contact support for help.
But when I view my products, i don’t have any products. How do I launch the App and get past the register screen.
Any insight is appreciated.
