Product Manager doesn’t appear to see that my copy of EZD2 is entirely up to date, so I’ve tried to update and keep getting the error “The Installer encountered an error that caused the instillation to fail”. Similarly, attempting to install the new or any of my previously installed EZXs will also fail. What can I do here?
