I’ve never had any problems with all of my Toontrack installs…until today.
The error that I’m getting is:
“One or more required files are missing”
“The format of the EZX on the disk is not compatible with this update. Please reinstall the EZX before applying this update”
I did try to reinstall from the Product Manager the earlier version, but I’m still getting the same error message.
Suggestions?
Yes I just had this. Solution was to download and reinstall the original Nashville and then after installing run the newer update.
I see you tried that but it 100% worked for me. Maybe you missed the (slightly hidden) install button.

You are correct about the (slightly hidden) install button.
It worked this time.

Phil, I just went through this myself although I had figured out that I should reinstall the Nashville EZX. It worked like a charm. Goodonya bloke!
