Trouble with demo download !!!

Hi,
I own a few toontrack products, Superior Drummer, EZ Mix, EZ Player etc. but can’t seem to download the Beatstaion demo
it keeps coming up with an error box, any ideas, I would love to buy this, but obviously want to try it out first.
