I’m having trouble installing the latest version of the Electronic EZX (1.02 based on the filename, I think.) I’ve downloaded the file from the site, unzipped it, and attempted to run the updater. It shows “Decompressing PatchConfiguration1.msi” and the green bar fills twice, then I get an error window reading “Error 2705.Invalid table: Directory; Could not be linked as tree.” This is followed by a message that the installation wizard was interrupted. Any ideas about what might be going on? I downloaded the EZdrummer program update and the Cocktail kit update and both worked fine.
Here’s some system info:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
DAW: Reaper (32 Bit version for plugin compatibility)
Install Directory: C:Program Files (x86)ToontrackEZDrummerEZX_Electronic (the default location for 32 bit applications)
Please let me know if there’s anything else that would be helpful in debugging this issue.
