trouble installing

    Hi,

    please make sure you download and run the Full Product Installer (≈700MB, big red button) found in your Toontrack account.
    Also please download and run the 1.2.1 update.

    thanks for the quick reply, however I followed the steps and the system still won’t let me install the program.
    are there any other options i could try?

    You say, ‘the system still won’t let me install the program’.

    What does that mean? Do you get an error message?

    Did you download the .exe file to your desktop and extract the installer to the desktop, then run this installer?

    Also, please fill in your system specs so we can give you any further advise. Please include what version of Windows (32-bit or 64-bit) as well.

    I am a complete NOOB at this sort of stuff. I have only recently learned how to use cubase, I was using a multitrack recorder for years.

    an error message keeps popping up at the end of installing.

    If I’m honest…I have no idea what I’m doing!!!

    I have a 32-bit operating system
     
    Is the .exe file the one that you click the red button for?

    Without knowing what the message is, it is difficult to offer a suggestion.

    Is the .exe file the one that you click the red button for?

    Yes. You download that to your desktop. Click on it. It will extract the installer to a folder on your desktop. You run the PC EZdrummer installer.
