Newbee here.
I created the EZK progression, including all section types, in the standalone version. But when I wanted to get this into my DAW for recording I found no way to Open-Project in the VST app. So I had to transfer the midi from the Standalone to the VST. But this caused all the part markers to disappear.
I Did the same think in EZD2, but this allows me to “Open-Project” in the VST so part markers remained. Can this be done in EZKeys?

I found the answer including workaround in a prior post – works great in REAPER:
“This is a feature that we have on our to do list, since it’s should be able to (as in your case) to write a song in stand alone mode and continue to work on it in a host (Pro Tols or similar). There is a temporary way around it though – when you have your EZkeys set up as you like it in standalone mode, go to Menu and select “Set as Default Project”. If you now open up a new instance of EZkeys in Pro Tools (add EZkeys as a new instrument), it will have the same settings and the same MIDI on track as when you selected “Set as Default Project” – e.g. you can continue to work on your MIDI track.
EZkeys will start with these settings until the next time you select “Set as Default Settings”.”
