You must Export it from Pro Tools and then Import/drag it into EZD3.

If this is your main workflow, you could just record into the EZD3 plugin inside Pro Tools, instead of the Pro Tools track.

Most DAWs let you drag into EZD. If Pro Tools won’t, try exporting as a MIDI file and load that into ‘Drag grooves here’ from the folder you saved it to.

Alternatively you can set EZ Drummer to record and play your Pro Tools session. EZ Drummer well then record what is playing on the instrument track in PT.

You’ve given that advise so many times and I never remember it! This is a great solution.

LOL! I have had to use it so many times!

take heart, however, as I have stolen many of your tips. My fave is still MIDI speed dating. 😀

Hit record in EZ Drummer and press play in your DAW (this tip isn’t limited to PT).
