I wanted to move EZ2 from my old computer to new one. Old computer has an old email address so i couldnt access it. Because i needed the drum software i just bought another one. I emailed for a week and no response. Very disappointed
Why can’t you access the Toontrack account under which your original purchase of EZDrummer2 is registered?
Toontrack products are registered to a Toontrack account and are “only” authorized to a computer.
…and also, a single license of EZDrummer2 can be installed & authorized on up to 2 computers simultaneously.
You state that you bought another one? One what? EZDrummer2?
If so, why can’t you use it?
Bought from whom?
Emailed who?
Just asking for clarification of the issue(s)…
When i try and log in to the old account i have to use the old nonexistent email address. To reset the password Toontrack sends an email to that address therefore i cannot reset the password to access the account
