hello all,
Would tracker work if I pull in audio of the drums on a single track? Or does it have to be multi track, all drums separate?
I am trying to pull a track back into SD3, that I have already exported to my DAW, and converted to audio. I want to go back and use the mixing tools in SD3.
Thanks in advance….
~Erin
While it took a bit of editing after the fact, I have pulled drum tracks off of a stereo mix of an entire band. So I would answer your question with a “Yes”. The tracker does have the power to separate the different drums sounds and can allow you to separate those into individual tracks.

Thanked by: murphmusikEncouraging news! Thank you! I suppose I can’t break anything by trying it.

Correct. If you want to be extra safe, just make a copy or your original drum track. Also, the Tracker allows for fairly simple editing of the result. So you should be good to go!
