Tracker not always sitting exactly on the transient

Hi there,

I’m trying to use the new tracker feature.

I’m testing it by trying to trigger from an already triggered sample so their is no bleed or anything to deal with. Most of the hits are okay but there are a lot which a triggering before the transient causing a flam.

What am I doing wrong?

I’ve included a screenshot so you can see what’s happening. (Look at the kick in roughly the centre of the picture).

Hi,

Will you please attempt to reanalyze the track in question? This can be accomplished by clicking the Tracker Menu > Reset and reanalyze selected. If this solves the issue it is related to a small bug that will be addressed in the next update.

I tried this to no avail.

I imported the original kick track (with all the bleed etc) and it seemed a lot more acurate (although not completely).

This seems very strange, tracker seems to struggle with a track with no bleed just transients but has an easier time with a track with bleed.

the lack of bleed should not interfere with Trackers results, so I suspect that something else may be going on.

Will you please use the contact support link on Toontrack.com and send an email to support Including the audio file in question? We can then see if it’s possible to replicate and resolve the issue. Please reference this forum post in your email.
