I had Toontrack Solo, EZ Drummer and DFH on my computer working fine for a long time on my computer. However, I had an issue with my computer which caused some files on my computer to not work properly and so I uninstalled all of the above programs. I reinstalled all the programs, but when I go to open up Toontrack Solo, I get the message “failed to load sampler”…any thoughts? I already tried another uninstall and reinstall.
Try setting the path to your EZdrummer plugin.

I tried that but unfortunately EZdrummer does not show up under the VST plugin list, although it does show up in my DAW but when I select it there, nothing happens. After all of this, I uninstalled Toontrack Solo and EZdrummer. I then tried to reinstall it and now I’m having problems even doing that…when I open the EZdrummer Windows Installer, the files start getting copied, but then I get the message “Error 1309.Error reading from file” on several files. Basically what I’m understanding is that the files cannot be located. There is an option to ignore these messages and continue to install but I obviously wouldn’t select that. I have successfully installed EZdrummer and Toontrack Solo before and used them, but I’ve never had this problem before…any new suggestions?
