Hi, I’m on a fresh install of Windows 7 64-bit, I downloaded the Product Manager & got it to download & install my licensed Ezdrummer1, but it only installs the 32-bit version? Isn’t there a 64-bit version?
Hey I was on Windows XP 32-bit before, and using 32-bit Ezdrummer… Has this something to do with it? How do I get 64-bit Ezdrummer installed on my new system?
Hi. 64-bit EZdrummer 1 is available through an update. Simply install the available updates for EZdrummer in Product Manager. If that doesn’t help, click “Show Details” and “Installation Info” – does it say anything about 64-bit there?
As you see in the Downloads tab, there is an update with a red download button – it means it is recommended, that is, needed and not yet installed. Download it and install it – which you also could do by clicking “Download Updates” and then “Install Updates” up on the product card.
