I’ve been trying to run Toontrack Product Manager on my Windows 11 PC, but a window starts opening and crashes immediately in a fraction of second.
I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall it, but it doesn’t work. Tried running as Administrator, but same thing.
I’ve also run the Windows Application troubleshooting, it checked the permissions and other issues, but didn’t work either.
I was able to record the screen and tun the video in 0.25 speed and was able to see whats in the quick screen that it opens and iage is attached.
Once it is crashing after showing a quick “checking for updates” I thought it may be the Firewall, so I’ve added a inbound/outboung rule allowing all access, but it didn’t work.
So, any suggestions ?
Thank you,
Carlos
Do you get any .dmp file from the crash? I would guess that you have some 3rd party system extension that it crashes in, for example something for files/folders.
