Toontrack EZdrummer 3 has crashed

Hi

I have EZdrummer 3 installed along with the libraries and unfortunately, when I turn it on, the message “Toontrack EZdrummer 3 has crashed” appears. I installed all the elements again and it didn’t help.
I don’t know what to do and I’m asking for help quickly, because I work with this program and I need it very urgently. Regards

It looks like the crash could have something to do with an ASIO driver.

This Command Prompt command can be used to reset the audio device settings for EZdrummer 3, so it will use WASAPI instead of ASIO:

reg delete HKCU\SOFTWARE\Toontrack\EZdrummer3 /v audioSetup /f

ERROR: The system was unable to find the specified registry key or value.

Maybe I’m typing something wrong, unfortunately I’m not an expert programmer. Do you have any other solution? Everything seems fine, installed correctly, until recently everything was working, the program was loading sounds and playing samples both in the standalone version and in VST 3. I’m still asking for help.

VST 3 also does not work and there is the same message, “Toontrack EZdrummer 3 has crashed” , except that it hangs the project in my Cubase 13. EZdrummer 2 works and EZdrummer 3 not. The surprising thing is that until recently everything was OK. I don’t know what happened and how to fix it.

Maybe the EZD3 library has become corrupt, so you could try to reinstall it.

If it doesn’t help, please upload a crash dump file for the VST 3, maybe it can give some more clue.

I managed to get the situation under control, I installed all the elements again EZdrummer 2 i 3, the programs works, thank you for your time. Regards
