Time signature change?

Do time signatures have to be done in your DAW.(thus dragging the SD3 midi into a track?)…..

or can I also change it in SD3 as well? (I’m trying to insert a single measure of 2/4)…I’d like it to be in SD3 so I can continue working in SD3.
