How do you change the time signature. I need a 3/4 beat but none of the midi samples provided are 3/4
Hi,
to change the time signature on the Song Track, just click on the signature below the track controls and select 3/4.
3/4 MIDI is included in ‘Keys/Strings’, ‘Jazz Ballads’, ‘Jazz’, ‘Indie Pop’, ‘Country Roots’, ‘Country’ and ‘Classic Soul’.

How do I add tempo-changes within a song?
E.G. – I want a 4/4 verse but a 5/4 chorus etc.
Thanks!

Hi,
this is currently not possible on the Song Track. If you use EZkeys as a plugin in a DAW, EZkeys will follow the DAW Timeline even if it contains Signature changes but you can’t program Time signature changes on the EZkeys Song Track.

Hi guys,
is this still the case 2 years later? I tried for ever to find a way to insert a 5/4 into a 4/4 song and basically it offsets all internal bars in the songtrack to render the chord editor useless as a quick input device for a song. I mean does nobody around here ever play Bohemian Rhapsody !!!? In all seriousness guys, you created such a wonderful accompaniment tool. You put so much work into a brilliant interface and midi library, at least for the plugin, is it so hard to implement this (in my opinion big oversight)? It already follows DAWs like a good boy, its the visual offset that happens that keep you forever guessing where you are, once you insert an exception time signature bar in Logic (my DAW). I can imagine it may be a problem with your midi libs. Is this also the case for EZX2?
Thanks for any insight on the current status.
Regards
Peter
