I have ez2 installed in 32 and 64 bit version but it keeps prompting me with: “This version is not the latest installed on your system. Contact support for more information”, In my toontrack product manager everything is up to date? EZ2 works but so annoying keep gettign these messages during start up. Have tried to reinstall nothing helps (Runs on windows 10 all up to date)
What is the version number that shows in that screenshot with the error?

EZdrummer version: 2.1.8
Operating system: Windows 10
I can’t see the version number in the corner of this pic.
Has the ezdrummer.dll been moved or copied from the location in that error box to somewhere else?

No I have tried to install everything in 64bit version again and here are the EZdrummer.dll location (the 64bit version is much older than the 32bit version) see pics for details
I would manually delete that 64-bit ezdrummer.dll and run the 2.1.8 64-bit update again. If it was originally installed in that n-track location, it should install there. If it installs somewhere else, set the path in your DAW to that location but don’t move or copy it from the original install location.

I will remove everything again and next time only install the 64bit version, let’s see how goes

Looking at your download history, you just downloaded the Full Product installer, version 2.0.2 (2015-04-23). So, yes, if you ran that, that wouldn’t be the latest version. Look again in the Product Manager for the Update section (right below the Full Installer section) and there should be the 2.1.8 (2018-11-08) Update Installer. That is the installer you want to use to update.

Thanks for you support, I uninstalled everything (64bit and 32 bit) and this time only the 64 bit version (do not need the 32bit version) and update now everything works as it should, see pic
