Could you attach a screenshot of the error message, please? I think it contains some more explaining text.

I’m posting 4 screenshots of it. You’ll see i’m trying to change install location to the external drive where all my other drums are and work perfectly from. Yet this pack and the roots stick pack give me this error. Also i forgot to block out my serial number but i’m not worried about it here, i don’t think anyone will steal it lol and i’ll take the photos down after i get a possible answer to this. thanks!

To me it looks as though the product isn’t downloaded and installed, but in the 2-4 screen shots you are trying to set a path to an installation that does not exist. After you download the full SDX installer, the red “Download Product” in the first screen shot, that button will change to “install”. When you select install, you will be given the option to “browse” to the location you want the product installed. That is where you would “tell” the installer where to install.

    Hope this helps

Also, it looks as though you are downloading to the same folder you are installing your SDXs to. I would suggest downloading to a separate folder from where you are installing your SDXs.
