the sd3 project name is not stored in daw or sd3 project

I use Nuendo 14 and sd3 3.4.2

I have an instrument track loaded with sd3 instance and load a sd3 preset. File dropdown in sd3 ui shows project name correctly. I save the daw session.

When the daw is restarted, there’s no way to know which sd3 preset I used last time. File dropdown ui  does not show the project name but project “untitled”.

Am I missing some setting somewhere? How can I preserve the used preset information between session? The actual settings are loaded correctly, but there is no way of knowing if I have used a preset or not.

This is more or less the case with all DAW‘s and really has nothing to do with ToonTrack. All of the preset information is stored with the DAW, including the preset name. However, DAW’s do not save the project itself. I usually name my SD project the same as my DAW so that if I have to make a change to the project, I can load it back in and make my changes or just make my changes and overwrite the old project.
