The missing coffee cup!!

Finally the [b] has come up again as a DEAL offer with a price that is much better than the last time a few years ago (almost half the price).

I have wanted to buy this piano for years, and have enjoyed using it in it’s DEMO form many times over the years in the original EZKeys.

But I noticed from the images on the product page that the coffee cup has been removed from the GUI. I always thought that was a fun and unique aspect of this piano and it is how I could easily tell (visually) which piano was loaded, because I own the [b].

Probably most people don’t give a hoot about this, and it won’t be a deal breaker for me either… but is it possible the Coffee Cup could be brought back as an alternate skin option? Or maybe it is still in there as an option in the updated version?

I will definitely be disappointed if I never see that coffee cup again, especially if the paid version overwrites my demo version in the original EZKeys and the image updates. I still launch the original version from time to time for quick piano noodling.

Not the end of the world, but that coffee cup was an interesting and amusing feature that made this interface unique among all of my other pianos (and I do have a lot of virtual pianos).

I will miss the coffee cup if it is gone forever… should I start a petition!?!

P.S. Not a very good idea to actually put a cup of coffee on your piano. Mistakes inevitably happen.

The images on the product page are from EZkeys 2, where the coffee cup now sits on top of the piano, whether that’s a better place for it or not is left unspoken.

In EZkeys 1, the coffee cup remains in its original spot.

Thanks!! I got your response by e-mail and it hadn’t included your image or included video…

But I just installed Vintage Keys finally and I see what you mean. It is even more amusing than your image above with the door and the window with the plant when you expand the GUI to full view, so I like it just as much and I’m just happy to see that coffee cup in there somewhere.

Confirmed that it shows up the way it always did in EZKeys 1. Very nice.

I also got in on the Pipe Organ deal this Black Friday. What a gem that one is. It’s satisfying in so many ways. Sure am glad they offered a deal on it or I may have never had the interest in checking it out at all. Now I’m thinking of creating an album of organ music!!
