Hi,
have you tried opening SD3 without simultaneously downloading and installing content?
Can you please try, without first opening the Grooves page, navigating to ‘Settings > Advanced’ and then clicking ‘Restore MIDI Database’?

does not load, it is like this always. Plase help!
Hi Salva_20,
did you file a Ticket with Support already?
If not, I would like you to try the following:
(with SD3 closed) Navigate to your User Library by holding down Option and clicking the ‘Go’ Menu item in the Finder, then select ‘Library’.
Next open the Application Support/Toontrack/Superior3/ folder.
Move all your files that start with ‘MidiDB’ and ‘SoundDB’ to a temporary location, like your Desktop or a folder on the Desktop.
Leave the Finder window open with the ‘Superior3’ location so you can see it while you launch SD3 again.
Launch SD3 and leave it at the ‘DRUMS’ page; does the Finder folder you left open start to populate with a lot of files beginning with ‘MidiDB’ and ‘SoundDB’?
If it does, please switch to the ‘GROOVES’ page and wait for it to finish. Please let us know what happens.

John

Thank you very much, I have been in contact with toontrack support for weeks and they had not been able to solve the problem, now it works! Can I delete the files that I pass to the desktop?

Thanked by: JohnHi,
I am happy to hear you got it working. Yes, since SD3 rebuilt those files, you are OK with deleting the ones you moved.
