Tempo automation when dragging and dropping MIDI.

How do I make it so that the tempo track in my host does NOT get automated when dragging grooves from SD3 into my Ableton composition?

I’d like to simply drag grooves and have them stay the tempo I’m previewing them at. As it stands I have to do the extra step of deleting tempo automation from my master for every single clip that I drag.

This is an Ableton Preference.
Go into Preferences > Look Feel and click ‘Restore’ on ‘Don’t Show Again Warnings’.
The next time you drop a MIDI groove, you will see the ‘Import tempo and time signature data into Arrangement’ dialog window. If you know that you always will reply ‘No’ to this question, click ‘Don’t Show Again’ and then ‘No’.
