TD50X Cymbals triggering two at a time not loud

I’m trying to understand why when I hit a crash, as well as a very low sound, it visually triggers one crash that is removed and one that is alive at the some time on the kit in the plug in. All the cymbals are very low when I hit them but loud when I click on them in the plug in. I guess this is two questions:

1-Why when I hit a TD50X crash does it trigger a “removed” crash AND a live crash at the same time

2-Why are they so low in volume when I hit the TD50 crash’s but loud when I click them inside the plug in

1. Would need a specific example. But I assume that the Unloaded Cymbal that’s being triggered is the correct note. Since it’s not loaded, it plays an alternate cymbal instead. Need exact scenario to confirm. Looking in the Midi Mapping module between the two instruments might reveal they have the same mapping.2. Clicking with your mouse will trigger the loudest possibly Velocity for that instrument (127). Hitting with your vkit will trigger a velocity 0-127 depending on how hard you physically hit. Few ways to fix this. Adjust your sensitivity for that cymbal in your TD50 module. Or adjust that cymbals Velocity Curve in SD3.
