I just installed EZ Player and even after checking the manual (yes, I do that sometimes) cannot get this PlugIn syncing with Cubase. I get tempo sync and of course I can play MIDIs with EZP’s own play buttons, but to be more specific, by “syncing” I mean: I play the Cubase project – EZP syncs to the correct possition in song (let’s say bar #24) – I let Cubase play a few bars – I press “stop” in Cubase – EZP stops as well – I let Cubase continue playing – EZP syncs in again and is up to date. 🙂
Is that possible?
If not, is it correct that I can drag MIDIs from EZP’s arranger tracks to Cubase’s MIDI tracks and, when choosing a MIDI format in EZP’s “MAP Wrap” menu – let’s say “Addictive Drums” – EZP transforms the Drum data in the corresponding MIDI format so when the MIDI track in Cubase is directed to Addictive drums, everything should work fine?
I have tested that and yeah, it seems to work but I am not sure if that solution is 100% correct…
