Swing slider having no effect

Hi,

The issue I’m having is that I’ve played a beat into Superior Drummer using a midi controller. I need to swing the beat, however, when I’m in the grid editor and I slide the Swing slider, it’s having absolutely no effect. If I slide the Randomize slider, the notes move accordingly. I used the Tracker to import the beat I’m trying to use, and even though I can’t get this to work just right, those tracks will let me swing the beat just fine. For some reason, it appears to be relegated to the track that I played on. I’ve even tried copying the notes from the grid editor to a new track and the Swing slider still has no effect. Is there something I’m missing?

Did you set the proper swing resolution for your groove (8th or 16th notes)? Otherwise you might not be swinging notes within that swing resolution.

Ok – so i’ve just found something else interesting. There are two snare notes out of my 8 bars that will actually move when I adjust the swing slider. None of the rest of the snare notes and none of the hi hat and kick notes will move, however. Snap is currently set to off.
