    Hi there;
    Startup SD3 standalone, go to help > Show Plug-In Path.
    Take note of the path (folder and directory) to where the plug-in is located.
    Shutdown SD3, start up S1.
    In S1 go to Setup > Locations and select the “VST Plug-Ins” tab
    Add the path to where the SD3 plug-in is located.
    Stop/start S1
    Let us know if this works OK.

    Hi,

    please see this FAQ:

    https://www.toontrack.com/faq/ezdrummer-no-longer-works-with-logic/

    even though it’s referring to EZdrummer, the principle is the same.
    Don’t forget to reboot your Mac before launching Logic again, to see if Superior Drummer 3 is found in the Logic Plug-In Manager.

    BR,

    John
