Superior Drummer just installed, giving me ‘could not find sound libraries’ dialog…..?
The Sound Library is divided into 5 parts. Not all parts need to be installed,
but all installations must be completed in the order that they appear (i.e. You can choose to install downloads 1, Bleed, 2, 3, but NOT 1,3,5). The only exception to this rule is the Additional Bleed download, which can be installed at any time after Download 1.
Downloading AND Installing the SuperiorDrummer3 software and sound library(s)…
Did you skip any steps?
What does the Toontrack Product Manager report for Part 1 of the SD3 Sound Library?
(The Sound Library is broken into 5 parts for varying levels of definition and bleed.)
Hi Scott and thanks for getting back: I’m new to the Toontrack protocols.
I don’t know how I could have in stalled anything in any order other than that which is presented, but you never know.
The product manager says all is well, but can’t find libraries upon opening in Logic… see attached.
Thanks again
OL
Your screenshot of Toontrack Product Manager shows only the SD3 software download/installation.
The 5 parts of the SD3 Sound Library appear in the Toontrack Product Manager separately
under the [SDX SOUND EXPANSIONS] product area.
