superior drummer incomplete

Hi there please help I have purchased this product about a year ago, downloaded the pack and installed it.
I really really love this product, but as far as I know there should have been a DVD mailed to me with the compete sample pack.
the samples that I have now are great but I need more to be able to compete with other producers in my area. At the moment my kit is limited so the standard 7 piece kit and nothing can be swapped out without an error coming up saying the sample pack cant be found.

If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them for the dvds.
