Superior Drummer 3 SDX kit graphics don’t show in Protools 2020

Hello,

I’m using Superior 3 in Protools 2020.  I can access and hear the kits, the correct number of pieces show up, however, I only see the black kit for all SDXs.  From what I understand, that’s normal for EZXs (which are also black), however, I thought the SDX kits would be showing their proper graphics and background when changed.  Any thoughts?  Is it a protools issue, installation issue, other?

Does the Toontrack Product Manager show any updates available for your SDXs? Can you post a screenshot of which SDXs you’re referring to? Are the same graphics in S3 Standalone?

As I went to verify and screen shot, I tried closing and opening the plugin again.

I realized that I had selected “Superior Drummer MultiOut”.  I didn’t realize that was the prior version.  Once I picked the other Superior 3 option it was ok.

Sorry for the confusion but I guess it might help someone else who may make the same silly mistake.
