You could try to run SD3 on a 64-bit operating system in a ‘virtual machine’ using a program like VirtualBox,
VMware Player, VMware Fusion or Parallels Desktop.

You may have to consider using an external host like e.g. Vienna Ensemble Pro (VE Pro) that lets you stream from the host to an AAX plugin instance in Pro Tools 10. There is no way to “force” the 64-bit AAX to load in 32-bit Pro Tools 10.

True. I neglected to mention or consider the Pro Tools 10 limitation as well.

I need to clarify this Old Problem that has never been solved.

I have a 64 bit Mac Pro tower. I’m running 32 bit PT 10 to be able to operate with my HD 6 Hardware (192 IOs). The system sounds incredible. I have a Hybrid setup with the option to mix through my analogue desk or in the box.

I’m looking for a the ability to Bridge 32 bit PT 10 my 64 bit virtual instruments. Any possibility?

    Thanks
    Bob

Operating system: OS X Mountain Lion (10.8)

    Thanks,
    Bob
