This is Lincoln Keller. I put Superior Drummer 3 and EZ Mix 2 Bundle (6 pack) in my cart and put in my card information as well. I was still in guest mode. It took me to a pop-up (with seemingly no escape) asking me to sign in. So I did. But then it took me to the home page of Toontrack. But I’ve lost $720 from my account and can’t find the applications on my computer. How do I get them or find them? I’m not going to put another $720 down.
It seems all of your plugins are registered to your Toontrack account. Are you still having trouble?

Yes, there was a misunderstanding on my part. I was looking in the wrong place to find the confirmation email and the product manager. Thanks for your help!
