Superior Drummer 3 cannot drag midi

Hi, have some questions.

Just bought a new powerfull pc with windows 10 (2H21).

Now that installed superior drummer 3 on this new

pc, every thing works perfect, allmost!

But for some reason, when using the Superior Drummer 3, dragging midifiles groves from the sd3 library to cubase 12 track, i get an error, write file permisson, basically, windows is saying the sd3 library doesen’t have permisson.

I know this is a known issues with windows 10 / UAC.

The only solution is either to, disable UAC or run cubase as administrator, shure this will work, but

is’nt there another solution to this problems ?.

It seems to me, when runming cubase 12  as administrator, some plugins might behave problematic.

Strangely enough, my old pc, windows 7,  did’nt

suffer from this file permisson issues with cubase 8, superior drummer 3!.

cant remember the superior drummer 3 version,

but its properly the newest, if not, i should properly update superior drummer 3.

Try installing version 3.3.0, I think it may fix the folder permissions.

By the way, does Toontrack have drum library, similar to drums used in mariah carey emotions, etc.

I’m kind of looking for  80’s /90’s electronic drums sound, properly allso Roland spd20, v drums…

Just asking anyway.
