New releases and tons of deals – all centered around one of our favorite themes: rock! Power up your songwriting toolbox!
Hi,
I tend to do a lot on my laptop and I’m trying make my two systems sync up, so any preset I make on one is reflected on the other. My initial thought was to take the Superior 3 user folder located the application support folder and make an alias and put in the documents folder on the Mac so its synced via iCloud. That way all my work on a preset should be reflected on both systems – But Superior 3 does not work when reading from an alias folder ???
Any Ideas what to do etc???
All the best

You would have to create a symbolic link instead of an alias.
A page that explains how to do that: http://osxdaily.com/2015/08/06/make-symbolic-links-command-line-mac-os-x/
But be careful with Terminal commands. I take no responsibility if something goes wrong.

Thanks – I’m just always scared of the Terminal. To bad Toontrack does not have a way to change the user path – since I guess a lot of user make presets and that would be nice to use the across your devices 🙂
