After a couple of hours Product Manager is now indicating: “complete”

    Doesn’t instill confidence …

    Hi,

Yes, you could have renamed “SL-SuperiorDrummer3_SDX_Part1.incomplete” to “SL-SuperiorDrummer3_SDX_Part1” to fix that error. It seems that Product Manager retried later (automatically after a restart or if you resumed the download) and succeeded with the rename.

What filesystem does the disk have? NTFS? And what brand is it? Is it an SSD?

It might have come good after a restart I suspect.

Filesystem is all NTFS. I don’t remember the Brand unfortunately – it’s a 2TB mechanical drive. Pretty sure the drive is functioning correctly though.

It’s just one of number of HDD’s and SSD’s in the system.

Anyway, I got to try out the product loaded with only the basic sound library and it looks, sounds & functions pretty darn good:) A much better experience with the updated GUI etc. I’m liking it … … …

Alright. This renaming problem has only occurred on NTFS drives, as far as I know. It’s strange.

    Glad you’re liking SD3!
