I’ve been using Superior Drummer for quite a while with just the stock library and two expansions, Hansa and Indiependent.
I’d like to add one or more libraries. Producing on computer (no e-drums), indie rock ranging from Jayhawks-like Americana power pop to post-punk stuff (vintage like Wire or modern like Wet Leg, etc) and everything in between.
I’m favoring drier drum samples these days.
I love Sylvia Massey and that SDX excites me but the samples mostly don’t sound like what I’m looking for (they are roomier and kind of… stoner metal?)
Even though it’s older, I’ve read good things about Nashville for bright in-your-face stuff (that might work well with power pop etc).
Just looking for any suggestions. There’s a bunch of recent SDX that are very compelling but I don’t know where to start.
