Studio one artist 4 wont show ezdrummer2

Recently i reset my computer (big mistake) i reinstalled studio1 and ezd2 and i have rewire .S1 now says EZD2 is not downloaded on my system .i can launch each one separate but not together like before .i tried dropping ezd2 in the S1 plugins location add on but it denies it .can anyone help???

the fine print at the bottom of the Studio One 4 Artist product page reads,
“*3rd Party VST, AU, and ReWire support is NOT included in Studio One Artist. ”

I bought the 3rd party vst rewire support ,thats why im wondering why it says ezd2 not installed on my system ,before i reset my computer everything worked beautifully.

still sounds like a Presonus Studio One issue.
hopefully you’ve reached out to them as well.

an you load any other 3rd-party virtual instruments??
